After the games in the house, everyone went outside and tried to break open the pinota. The kids managed to finally hit it off the rope but Jeff ended up breaking it open. They still had a lot of fun trying!! Not that you can tell from the pictures, but there were other kids there too besides the Garners. Mary

Joelle was so excited when it was time to go to Build-A-Bear. She was with us when we took Mary and I'm wondering now if she had been thinking about what she was going to choose when it was her turn. She went right to a cute little bunny and that is what she wanted. We suggested that she look around before she decided but she had her mind made up. She dressed her in blue princess gown and named her new bunny friend Cinderella.

Happy Birthday to Denise!
I am still getting caught up on the postings. Denise turned 21 this year . . . . wow! I can't believe my youngest is 21 years old. She also found a job and has been working for a couple of weeks now with some Realtos as a secretary/receptionist. She has struggled for a while trying to find one. We are all so happy for her. She is registered to start school in the fall. Things are looking up for Denise!
Addie and Grant love Birthdays too!

Steve's Marching Band -- South Middle School
Nampa always has a Parade in May called "Parade America". Steve is the band teacher at South and he was the "leader of the band" in the parade! I was trying to be cute but it doesn't sound that funny after I wrote it. Anyway. . . . . I don't know if South has ever marched in the parade and it they have, it was many years ago. It was fun to see Steve out there with the kids. They did a really good job too and sounded great!
It's been a while since I have posted anything on the blog. It wouldn't show me any pictures and so I got discouraged and quit. I'm ready to start again. I'm going back to Mary's birthday. Stephanie and I wanted to start giving her nieces and nephews and my grandchildren some gifts that they would remember. When they turn 3, they get a quilt for their bed. By three they usually are out of the crip and into a bed. When they turn 4 we decided to give them the gift of going to Build-a-Bear so they can pick out their very own special bear. Lucas was first and it was so much fun. Emma chose a pink bear and we were all wondering what Mary was going to chose. She chose a white bear with rainbows all over it. Very Cute, Mary!
